NDUBUDE EKENE MATTHEW is the CEO, of Zebulon Homes and Properties Limited, an astute businessman with over 12 years of entrepreneurial experience in different industrial sectors of Nigeria’s economy.
He started his real estate journey in 2022 as an award-winning and high-performing Realtor before transitioning into real estate development. He is a graduate of Pan-African University under the Enterprise Development Centre where he studied Enterprise Management. An alumnus of Billionaire Realtors Academy trained by the Metropolitan School of Business and Management United Kingdom. A graduate of Data Science and Machine Learning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology USA. An alumnus of Fate Foundation Business School Lagos. An alumnus of LEAP Africa Lagos. A Rotarian with Rotary International. A graduate of Applied Biochemistry from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
He is the founder of Nigerian Youths Fight against Malaria, a non-profit initiative that provides free health services to women, children, and the elderly in rural areas of Nigeria. Since 2010, this initiative has reached over 10,000 people in 9 rural communities in Enugu, Anambra, Ebonyi, and Abia States.
He is an award finalist at The Future Awards and LEAP Africa Leadership Awards for Excellence.

is an executive director of Zebulon Homes and Properties Limited. She is a Senior Bank Executive with over 6 years top top-tier career in different capacities from Customer Service Executive at Diamond Bank Plc, United Bank for Africa Plc, and Regional Retail Business Manager and Investment Banking Executive at Sterling Bank Plc. She is a graduate of Physics, from Imo State University, Owerri. She has an MBA from Nextford University.
